Dr. Thara Abu-Mallouh

Dr. Thara Abu-Mallouh grew up in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Lewis University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She went on to attend Midwestern University Chicago College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Abu-Mallouh began her experience at Bowden Eye & Associates as a student doctor during her externship, where she worked closely with all the providers to gain experience in ocular disease and primary care. At her other externship locations, Dr. Abu-Mallouh also gained extensive training in vision therapy and contact lenses. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, being outdoors, and exploring Florida.
