Dr. Philip Griffith

Dr. Philip Griffith grew up in Brandon, South Dakota. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry with a minor in Spanish. He went on to attend Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, Arizona, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry.

Dr. Griffith first came to Bowden Eye & Associates during his externship as a student doctor, during which he worked closely with Dr. Robben and the other providers there to advance his training in primary care, ocular disease, and surgical co-management. Through his other externships, Dr. Griffith also received extensive training in pediatric care, binocular vision disorders, vision therapy, and contact lenses.

In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, hunting, going to the beach, watching baseball, and keeping up with the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
